The structure of Truck Mounted Concrete Pump:
It includes the swing cylinder, hydraulic fuel tank, delivery tank, Washing chamber, main cylinder, oil pump, engine composed Vehicle pump hydraulic system. Vehicle pump hydraulic system and electrical control system and chassis is in a reliable connection, the whole machine with the chassis move along with the speed of the truck.
The hydraulic system engine of the truck mounted concrete pump is an independent engine, installed in the front center of the chassis . it directly drives the hydraulic system pump, does not drive the gear transfer case and the transfer case switch mechanism and the chassis drive shaft.
Advanced hydraulic system: Adopt open circuit, full hydraulic logical control system, normal wear 68#&46# hydraulic oil are workable
Piston-rod side Exchange: The exchange is manipulated with one push button, the piston-side and rod-side is exchanged automatically, without dismantlment, no leakage and time saving.
Remote control: The pump can be controlled by remote controller, which can be easily operated at the job site
